Production time:
15 working days.
Contact factory for rush service. Production begins when both purchase order and artwork is received.

Imprint Charges:
Screen charge: $35.00(g) per color/ per location.
Additional imprint color and/or additional imprint location charge: $0.50(g) ea. per color/per location.
PMS Color Match: $40.00(g) per PMS matched imprint color. Stock Imprint colors available - see color chart on page 23.
Imprint Copy change: $25.00(g) plus $35.00(g) screen charge. Contact factory for minimum quantity per copy change.

Art Charges:
Art charges are assessed as follows:
1.  Light touch up, no charge
2.  Typeset copy or add type to supplied copy: No charge. (note we will use our
     judgement for layout, font style and point size if not specified on order)
3.  Factory will advise if additional art charges apply.

Proofs:
Paper Proof: If requested on your order, a paper proof will be supplied at no charge.
Product Proof: $35.00(g) per color/per location plus unit cost of item.
Product proof will add a minimum of 5 additional business days to your production time.

Speculative Sample:
$35.00 (g) per color/per location plus unit cost of item.
Speculative sample production time - 7 business days.

Shipping:
F.O.B. Hauppauge, NY 11788.
We ship all orders throughout the U.S. via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. If expedited shipping is requested, order must include a freight account number for billing.
Drop Shipment: $10.00(g) per additional drop shipment after first location. Contact factory for minimum quantity per Drop Shipment.
C.O.D. Shipment: Not available

Payment:
Terms: Net 30 for established customers in good standing. New accounts must supply credit references. Prepayment may be required for all first time orders.
Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Rights to Promotion:
Unless indicated on Purchase order or in writing, Arista Manufacturing LLC reserves the right to use any imprints produced for displays, catalogs, ads or any promotional material.

Artwork Specifications:
Email Art: Send art to art@aristamanufacturing.com
Emailed art must include distributor company name, purchase order number, item number and imprint color (PMS).
For best results, create vector art in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw for PC and save as an EPS.
We cannot accept any files with a resolution of 300 dpi or less.
